These Terms & Conditions outline the service expectations, responsibilities, and policies of Simpson And Sons Appliance Repair LLC. By scheduling service, you agree to the terms listed below.

 

Service Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Service windows are provided as estimates and may vary due to traffic, prior appointments, or unforeseen delays. We communicate any changes as soon as possible.

 

Diagnostics

Every service visit includes a diagnostic to determine the cause of the issue. The diagnostic fee is due at the time of service and is non‑refundable. The diagnostic fee does not apply toward future repairs unless stated during the visit.

 

Repairs

All repair recommendations are based on the findings of the diagnostic. We do not guarantee that additional issues will not appear after the initial repair, especially on older appliances or units with multiple failing components.

 

Parts

If parts are required, we will order them on your behalf. Payment for parts may be required before ordering. Estimated arrival times are provided by the supplier and may change without notice.

 

Return Visits

A return visit is required when parts must be installed or additional work is needed. Return visits are scheduled based on availability. A second diagnostic fee may apply if the appliance presents a new or unrelated issue.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us before your appointment window. Missed appointments or last‑minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

 

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept standard forms of payment. Failure to pay may result in service refusal and collection activity.

 

Warranty

Repairs include a limited warranty on labor and any parts supplied by Simpson & Sons Appliance Repair LLC. Warranty coverage does not apply to customer‑supplied parts, misuse, neglect, or unrelated failures.

 

Liability

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural issues, electrical problems, plumbing issues, or conditions outside the appliance itself. We are not liable for food loss, water damage, or secondary damage caused by appliance failure.

 

Service Area

We serve Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Dumfries, and Montclair. Service outside these areas may require additional fees or may not be available.

 

Policy Updates

Simpson & Sons Appliance Repair LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
